Humans found themselves fighting unknown monsters, but everything changed at the battle line. A strange meteorite fell from space and landed on earth which produced purple shock waves which destroyed all electrical technology. The meteorite mutated the monsters making them to be in five diverse colonies each wielding there own unique abilities, plants and physical features were also mutated. The strange creatures hunger and thirst for human flesh and blood. It took years for the humans to adopt, having forced to create new weapons and technology. The strange creatures were named Hailgreads. The humans found other strange creatures which were fighting against the Hailgreads, but the humans have never been able to make contact. Each colonies unique abilities allows them to adapt to their surroundings. The humans discovered that animals can also be infected with the virus and Hailgreads are attracted to fresh blood. The colonies don't intending to share their territory and if any one or anything crosses their territories, then it would lead to kill or be killed war. Xhonia’s life will be affected and his love life will also be affected the moment he became a Hailgread, but not any ordinary Hailgread. He was never bitten, but, being a half breed, he has an option whether to join the humans or the undead creatures. At first he thought that whichever he choose didn’t have an impact on him, till the day he realized that ……….. He will uncover secrets about the Hailgreads that no human knows or could ever know. Having being half human, Xhonia will come across times when he will have to decide weather to be for the humans or the Hailgreads, but each choice will determine his fate. Now no guilt burdens him if any human dies on the battle field.
